EACH COLOUR HAS ENERGY

• Each rainbow colour vibration has its own powerful energy and quality, hence we can use certain colours to improve our general state of health or alleviate specific problems we may have. We will now look at each rainbow colour in turn as well as some variations which we often find in interior decoration.
• There is no such thing as a good or bad colour. Each colour, like everything on earth, is made up of a duality of good and bad. On the one hand a colour can have beneficial and positive qualities and on the other can have a detrimental effect on us. It usually works that too much of any colour will tip the scale.
